The workshop intends to improve the overall health of people and to unfold the self consciousness in themselves. As the performance of any company is directly related to the performance of its single biggest asset, its employees, the corporates observe that a regular Yoga practise keeps their employees both physically and mentally fit.
The workshop aims at improving and maintaining the mental, physical and emotional health of the people involved which would eventually help in developing healthy individuals and a better tomorrow.
The workshops include yoga, meditation and other elements of Yog. Using a therapeutic approach we plan to cure the physical health and reduce the stress, which hinders the growth and degrades the day to day conduct of people. Specific to the institution type, we plan to conduct CHAIR POSE YOGA which aims at optimizing the performance of people at the workplace with minimum effort. The Key focus of the workshop being Correct Postures, Strength and Core Building
Proper Breathing, Finding Balance (Work-Life Balance), Better response to stress and pressure, enhanced interpersonal relationships.
Hence, this workshop is to assist in developing consciousness and self awareness in the members of the organization which will help in improving the overall health workspace and hence the growth of the organization.
